By using the EpiPreg application or website (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is intended for adults (18+). You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
EpiPreg helps you find general, sourced information about pregnancy, postpartum, and nursing — including whether foods, drinks, medications, and products are commonly considered okay, nutrition, and typical prenatal visit and vaccine timing. Answers are generated with AI and curated reference material and may be incomplete or imperfect. The Service does not establish a doctor–patient relationship and does not provide individualized medical advice.
You agree not to rely on the Service for any urgent or medical decision. Always confirm with your healthcare provider. Do not delay seeking care because of something you read in the Service.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it, or use it to harm others. We may suspend access for misuse.
The Service, including its content, design, and software, is owned by Epigenuity LLC and protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epigenuity LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the Service.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
